Damaged or Lost Packages
If the package is damaged or lost, you can contact us in the following ways.
If the package is damaged after you receive it, please send a photo of the damaged package, together with the order number and the parcel tracking number, to us at alysentreavor6319@gmail.com within 60 days after receiving the package. If you do not receive your package in more than 21 working days, please contact us with your order number and parcel number at alysentreavor6319@gmail.com.
Address Changes
After you complete the payment order, you need to change the order address, please contact us at alysentreavor6319@gmail.com within 24 hours, otherwise once the package is sent, we will not bear any loss of the package due to the wrong order address and return freight.

According to our shipping policy, the prices of our products already include all applicable fees and taxes. Therefore, we will not charge you additional sales tax at checkout.
